I would agree with that, but he was on drugs and convinced he was going to be killed right from the start -- and with a reasonable right to think that. However, even Chauvins colleagues have made very damning testimony about how he went way to far . There is no excuse for the cops actions and there needs to be a severe penalty . If not murder then manslaughter first degree.
