Funny -- i have had both very good tenants and very bad ones too. The bad ones I don't even remember their names - the good ones I am still good friends with. Young , smart, concerned about the environment, hard working, respectful, tidy -- very memorable compared to the other slobs -- violent , thuggish, been there done that attitude. Yeah, they caused me some trouble and mess but havent thought of them in 15 years till i read your post. The good ones, just got off the phone with em.
