What are the board doing stating they are doing things in shareholder interests by retaining them?
Our manager returned Minus 6.8% for the quarter, the small ordinaries - 0.3. For the year George returned Minus 6.8% The All Ordinaries (the companies benchmark index) returned plus 13.1% and OC Funds the "mysteriously" terminated additional manager returned Plus 15.8%.
The new Board has cost shareholders over $12.5 million.
Questions for the Board, "what price did we pay to make OC Funds disappear ?"costing us $12.5 million just for the last quarter.
What is enough underperformance to remove George, or do shareholders have to remove the Board?
I only state HOLD as I expect this board and manager to be removed.
