Can't argue with getting the right deal, but how long is too long? With $30 million in the bank, and a deal that has taken over a year and for some reason we now have the bank entertaining second parties for half the loan, when do we say that maybe George Rogers is "milking it"?

The other conclusion is that AVB is not that solid a proposition. From all the evidence we have seen is that we are sitting on a very profitable venture. That's why Blackrock believes by investing in AVB with the royalty deal.
