If they did reach a posiitive EBITDA in say November for example they should have clearly identified the exact month that positive EBITDA first occurred. Why refer and include negative EBITDA mths in the stmt to mislead? To me its a very clever lie of entwining the whole 6mths in the sentence.

And the final point is even if its still a correct legal stmt and they can escape ASIC because of the words.. 'generate' and 'over', its still a stupid thing to do and part of a bigger misleading past trend.

If management isnt makin a killin on the volatility or purposefully lining someones pockets from outrageous stmts like this, then they should realise its a very dumb thing to say because the share will crash harder each time they grow mistrust with ambiguity.

As i said prior i still think its a 2.5cent valuation atm. But nowhere near it cos of their continual grandstanding.
