One more item missing from the update:

Colorado mining regulators inspected the Sunday Mine (one of 5 mines making up the Sunday Mine Complex) in November and realized that the mine has been inactive for over five years but has not complied with a state rule requiring the filing of a Notice of Temporary Cessation or the commencement of reclamation activities for any mine for which production has ceased for 180 days or more. The state has set a compliance date of January 25, 2016 for WUC to file the temporary cessation notice or begin reclamation. Not mentioned in the inspection report is the option of re-activating the mine.

Why wasn't this addressed in the update or disclosed in earlier announcements?
