It appears that WUC hasn't been able to sell the Casper property, since the owner is still Black Range Ablation Holdings Inc., according to the Natrona County (Wyoming) Assessor's website.

WUC assumed the mortgage on the property, and a balloon payment of $1.04 million USD was due on January 16,2016.

According to the county website, Black Range/WUC owes $6,234 USD in delinquent property taxes.
