    Having a look at this link, it appears to me that the 4TS sign is in need of maintenance. There are quite a few dead LED clusters. Wondering if it is possible for LUM to recuperate some of their million dollar losses on this sign by charging massive amounts to service the sign, or did they give their services away for nothing for the next 50 years when they sold the sign?
