There are a number of matters to addressed before a decision. For eg, the Pennsylvanian Secretary of State changed the time frame for the return of the absentee ballots allowing them to be returned 3 days after the election day. These ballots have been counted and separated from the other ballots received by 8pm on election day, and Justice Alito will rule whether they are valid or not.
Also don't over look that Trump issued an Executive Order on 12 Sept 2012 imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election. If it is proven the Dominion Voting machines and/or others contravened this EO he may have a case. Trump may be withholding his trump card until needed or before the SCOTUS.
The winner will most likely determined by the SCOTUS.
