Georgia Betrayed

To the average person the war in Georgia seem to be that a small country has been brutally attacked by a bully neighbour. There is much more to this than this than meets the eye. The unexpected destruction of Georgia has been a betrayal by Israel and the American neo cons.

This war in Georgia is about oil. Yes that same stuff that there is plenty of in the Middle East where all the people live so happily together and the same players are involved.
First of all the President of Georgia is portrayed in the western press as a Democracy loving individual who just wants to do what is right for the constituents who elected him. WRONG!! I have been listening to the Russian news and this man Mikhail Saakashvili is considered seriously mentally ill. So much so that the now murded Jewish supporter Badri Patarkatsishvili who helped finance the rose revolution vowed to remove him from office. Mikheil Saakashvili is a loose cannon and tyrant who is a corrupt dictator. Over the years he has built up his military with American aid and spent about a billion dollars acquiring the best in Israeli military hardware and advice. Up until a few weeks ago in Georgia there was a large contingent of American and Israeli advisers. This was a well planned and thought out exercise and would of has the full backing of America and Israel. Under cover of the Olympic Games a massive attack was launched which killed thousands of innocent people. This man is a war criminal and should be brought to justice just like Saddam was for bring his country to ruin. What Russia did was to protect its citizens and they had every right to pursue those responsible.
