2 major risks inherent in this stock.We all know that The Dr was pushed out of nrt and there is bad blood betweenthem.Any potential for litigation either way will start a war.And we also have meip with an excellent case.
Also note that nox patent was applied for registration a few days after Dr K's departure which leads one to believe that all the work relating to this product was done when Dr K was still with nrt.Pots and pans in the kitchen-which court will believe that.
The other risk is the realitythat Dr K is over 70 years old.People dont live forever.Twice we have seen nrt share price smashedafter Dr K having to leave.The first time when he was involved with operation wickenby when he resigned and the share price went form $8 to 5cents.The second time 18 months ago when he was removed and the price tumbled from 45c to 8c.
The third time will see nox share price go to 2c whenthe court case is announced
