Asburner they are at this moment intending to keep the Indonesian Geo Thermal site, but as the independent report stated they have limited opportunities gaining financial partners etc to take it to the operating stage but I guess there could be interest down the track.
I personally believe the tanking of fossil fuel energy resources has rendered this project less urgent by the Indonesians. When Raya entered into the Geothermal area there was academic noise everywhere about a looming energy crisis, I actually have a National Geographic Magazine from roughly 2009 with an segment full of very passionate energy experts stating we would be experiencing natural decline in fossil fuels below demand about now except maybe low grade coal.
Look whats happened !
However I do believe Raya believes this could be a energy producer of the future and will possibly hold.
