Depends on the line capacity. I believe GDY is proposing to connect to the grid at multiple points so would cost a lot more.

Its a grand scheme (they describe it as the equivalent of ten snowy hydro schemes) that may make sense at some point in time, but will have to be proved on a smaller scale first as the costs will be huge.
