    Where will institutionals put their money?

    If the interest picks up, and we really start seeing some action, do they head towards the lower risk / higher potential GDY, with SIGNIFICANTLY less financing and development risk, or head towards less developed, more risky stocks with little more than a promising market cap and good ground?
