The FAQ brochure put out by the government when the second round of grants was opened gave an estimated date of announcement of 13 November - obviously that has passed now.

However, the minister for resources Martin Ferguson gave a speech at the AGEC on 11 November in which he said "I intend to announce Round 2 successful applicants in coming weeks".

So if not this week then I would guess definately next week
