    It's in the order of 100 kW per pump so, if you need 4 production wells to flow at 50 l/s to in order to get a production flow of 200 l/s and, say, 3 injection wells then you might need 7 x 0.1 = 0.7 MWe for internal use.

    You would also need to allow for pumps to operate the cooling system, and, if you use water-cooling, another pump to bring water from a dam or river. All up, these could represent a significant chunk of a 3.8 MWe power plant, so your actual power for sale might be closer to 3 MWe, though you've paid for a 3.8 MWe plant..

    Of course, these factor into the design of a low-enthalpy project - artesian flow is best (fewer pumps), and water cooling (best ORC efficiency) if there is a river or dam very close.
