Please mabye go & read GDY. They have a lot of research In geothermal Energy. The cost of Self substaining energy is a whole lot cheaper than conventional methods.
My point was, Energy & Service are the 2 main cost's involed for any operation. Energy still needs to be bought or produced. Geothermal is cheaper once established. They even use it in a "closed" circuit application. Meaning the same Hot water that becomes steam to drive their energy source happens to be the same that drives the system to produce that energy
