The price of oil, declining the way it has, is responsible for the lack of interest in alternative energy stocks. This company ,I believe, has long term prospects and I have put a few in the bottom drawer while the price is low but I am not expecting instant results. Obtaining government grants is the key to their eventual success. The AGL interest is also a small vote of confidence.
