Also, the phrase "recently signed" does imply new information. The LOI with Electro was announced in October last year which is not at all recent.

That said, information like this should not be leaked to the media. I know that Torey gets frustrated by the time delays involved in seeking approval for joint announcements. Would he really resort to leaking information, though?
