The concept is great but as was pointed out recently PTR is cash poor at the moment. Either a CR is required or to my mind a replacement partner to TruEnergy. I am not keen on a CR because the value to the current shareholders will be well and truly undermined.
Maybe the Govt either State or Fed can come up with some ready cash. I am not sure what the status is re previous Govt funding as I thought that a large Govt grant had been secured to complete the pilot programme.
I guess I will have to reread the previous ANNs to refresh my memory.
