Maiden JORC 21.3mmboe is based on a retorting yield of about 15% or 180 litres per tonne (~159L a barrel, coal SG 1.2)
Test Program 3 says liquefaction yields are at >60% or 720 litres per tonne
I am assuming the new jorc its going to be done at liquefaction yields ~60%, 4x retorting yields. so 18.6mt is 85mmboe which would be $12b inground value
