Did you see this paragraph at para 105:

"The Company has announced that it continues to maintain its interest in the Sokoria Geothermal project whilst seeking a strategic investor to provide funding and
development of the project. The Company and its JV partner Pt Bakrie Power are in
early discussions with a European power group to assess the project economics with
no commitment or offer as yet to further this project.
The Australian tenements remain on care and maintenance and the Company will seek and consider divestment opportunities of these tenements going forward."

These paragraphs don't reconcile with what you were told, at least as far as Sokoria is concerned.
Divestment only considered for Aust tenements.
