I mentioned "synergies" because the Wairaki field is relatively shallow volcanic activity not hot rocks.
Similar principle tho imo .... difficult drilling, tapping and harnessing very high temperature groundwater ... steam collection and transport infrastructure and power plant design would be pretty similar I would think.
