    Ok.. So I've done my own research ... Let me know if I have left anything out thanks guys...

    1 - GER own 33% of NCF (Israel)
    2 - NCF New Carbon Fuels have developed tech to Convert CO2 -> O2 + CO/H (Syngas)
    3 - Syngas can be used to create other hydrocarbon compounds
    4 - Currently it has been proved
    5 - Larger scale plant required for further testing
    6 - (Could be) Billion dollar industry easy 33% of (as Fib suggested)
