Geraldine... welcome to MAQ... it has been a good stock.
The reason I bought it was because when i googled "data hosting" it came up with a paid ad ... on further exploration it picked all my boxes... management team who are heavily invested, seemingly down to earth corporate presentations, HUGE cash balances, and strong cash generative businesses.
The last two points in particular caught my eye !!
I'm not one for precise valuations... it still feels incredibly cheap though... I hope NextDC does well...should lead to a revaluation...It seems the market is big enough to justify many more participants.
