I don’t want to get into a circular argument on this.
But it took me 5 minutes at my accountant and less than 1000 dollars to form a new private company recently.
So there is no hassle there.
There would have been no reason for Australasian Sands to hold off on forming the company.
VRX already has native title/ agreement on some projects.
So that’s not a reason for delay.
And it’s not Covid related either.
Australasian Sands also had to work through this period with the various regulatory authorities.
I’m not suggesting VRX management is at fault here.
But there is something very wrong
with how this is dragging out.
