This delay is nothing to do with the ASX
The granting of mining licences is outside their area of responsibility.
It involves the various Gvt agencies.
They issue approvals and mining licences.
And there is little point in ringing VRX as you suggest mabrook.
Under ASX disclosure requirements
no listed company is permitted to give out information of this nature
to individual shareholders.
My original post was out of sheer frustration that Australasian Sands got the go ahead in a very short time.
Good on them!
It shows what should happen.
VRX’s applications may be more involved.
But these delays are beyond ridiculous.
