The scale of the project, I suspect VRX will dwarf them. And secondly, I bet they never bothered with NT.
We have no idea how long the title holder of this tenement has been going through the approvals.
Maybe they didn't want to go through the hassles of forming a private company only to find the approvals were then rejected..
