Okay, back on topic re Gerdau.

It's now been almost 5 weeks since the first announcement regarding a contractual agreement/joint venture between FGR & Gerdau S.A. This was reinforced about 2.5 weeks later using similar language.

We can probably assume that the lawyers have been hard at work with drafts going back and forward between the companies. Based upon the most recent information on the topic, we shouldn't be far off the finalization of the formal agreement. What form it will take is anybody's guess, so we wait with bated breath. As many have said previously, as long as it comes with an iron clad agreement by Gerdau to purchase graphene, I'll be happy.
