Gerdau, did start out trying to make their own graphene,
Their current plan is to use third party graphene supply and come up with their own products to sell.
Gerdau has been working with graphene for a number of years, they started prior to joining GEIC (University of Manchester) They are not seeing graphene as a small project just for the America's, It seems more like a global growth plan.
The only graphene company that was mentioned in the hour long video was Nanoxplore, I can only assume they have been working with each other for a while. There are no announcements on Nanoxplores website to suggest a partnership or MOU.
