Have recently had a conversation with a friend who is married to a German lass, He was recently over there & tells me that Germans have a completely opposite view on home ownership. The result being quite low prices compared to here & that after rent the populace has a much bigger proportion of disposable income that they spend on German made products . Result ...the domestic manufacturing economy has a strong customer base.
Has anyone else witnessed their housing economy first hand?
