Please, get a look at the following article.
The last passage is of special interest, as it states that although the municipality of Renchen doesn’t allow Vulcan any trials on its territory and even advises private land owners to follow suit, drillings and tests could still be carried out on land within this municipality, which officially belongs to the state of BW.
All in all, it’s a defeat but there’s still a glimmer of hope as it was an indirect admission that the state is still supporting the project.
