This is a very good news SS21.. i have mentioned early days that success or failure of this garben neudorf project will set the precedence to vulcan.. after the very promising news of Stadtwerke Potsdam though different locality, to hear this from neudorf (which is in the same ground as vul) is very promising for vulcan too. Anyway i understand nothing guarantees until vulcan itself come up with its success story.. hopefully some positives sooner than later..
