At last someone waking up to the effects of continual dilution.
It is interesting to note that in Feb top 20 list, over half the total shareholders held less than 100k.
With current CR a holder of 100k PEN would be entitled to 9000 PEN @ 4c + 2250 penoa's, currently valued at 3c or prox $68.
These uneconomic packets of shares still require the same amount of admin as a 5 mill. holding.
Somehow this Co. has got to consolidate! imo.
2 BILLION shares issue for a fledgling Co. is rediculous! and will keep PEN in the penny dreadfull catagory.
