As far as I can ascertain German investors would imply German shareholders, presumably shareholders on the Frankfurt Stock Exhange. My German is fairly elementary so I not much the wiser for opening the two current documents - Sprechen Sie Deutsch.
Where are these German shareholders? I sense that they will appear in the course of the Renounceable Rights Issue. The share placement hits just the right note.
