It's nothing to get excited about. The german markets allow brokers to buy parcels of shares from anywhere in the world and trade them at home.
Th company doesn't even need to know about it.
If the germans were really excited about the stock for some reason, the brokers would buy more and more on our market and drive us along, but that is unlikely unless TIS started doing some promotion over there.
