German mega factory, page-3

Hi all, LT holder here and bought nearly at it's peak before the News Article came out, and now down at -30%, still haven't sold but my biggest question to all of you here is that generally the market isn't stupid, for the price to fall this much don't all of you think this is "Priced In" for what MNS is truly worth? If all of you claim MNS is to be worth $1billion valuation in the near-term, don't you think others would've already quickly jump in to reach that valuation henced also "Priced In"; but yet the prices still dipping more, reflecting the Market sentiment doesn't truly value MNS as a $1billion company.. Thoughts?
