    Report estimates 14MW to run the plant, running for 8322hrs (23 hrs of the day).
    given the hydro plant is 87km away, assume 10% losses in transmission.
    Implies average load on the hydro plant requires to be about 15MW, leaving about 35MW for other consumption.
    Side note, storage capacity MWhrs state how many hours a 1 MW device can run for. This is very different to rate of consumption (power) MW, 1 000 000 joules consumed every second.
