According to Wikipedia, the Wuppertal Institute develops strategies and models for sustainable development at the local, national and international level with special emphasis on supporting technological innovations that provide economic prosperity without sacrificing environmental objectives.
According to Google Translate, under the "Public Funding" category on Page 20, NewCO2Fuels is listed as one of three examples of "standing just before commercialisation of large-scale facilities"
It also has a roadmap going up to 2018/19 (It's probably the most current roadmap I have ever stumbled across considering that this document was only published in December 2017).
Google Translate seems to indicate that in 2016, the first NCF demonstration plant with a capacity of 200 tons per annum was introduced.
It also indicates that in 2017, the second NCF demonstration plant with a capacity of 2000 tons per annum was introduced.
For 2018, it says "first commercial contract" and for 2018/19 it says "first commercial product".
