Hi Shelly, though I made no argument that they need to wait for engineering plans. Simply they have a year from filing a provisional patent with IP Australia before they need to file an International patent. Thus why I don’t find it unexpected that the IP Australia patent has now lapsed. Hopefully they have decided to proceed with an international patent and have submitted the necessary paperwork within the required timeframe.

Hopefully we will find out in the quarterly, if it’s not mentioned then my assumption will be they have decided not to proceed to an international patent as it’s an activity that should have happened in the quarter.
