One friend of mine who is high up in HATCH also confirmed that Harris is a very good operator. Only a very solid and significant project will be able to attract someone with such experience to jump ship from HATCH. This is imo, the clearest sign we have so far that we are going ahead with potential global significance.
Current SP is insanely undervalued compare to the underlying value we have created and what is about to unveil. But again, to each their own. Making big through adversary is not meant for everyone.
