Hi IM,

I have the same view re:

- Tax Bill when trying to Buy/Sell...
- that there are not many (if any at all) 'Trapped Holders', there has been significant volume
- Again the volume is the giveaway., strong accumulation/base being build ~ $1
- With most other stocks I would have sold after such a strong run, but as I explained in previous posts, the reasons I think EGR
will reach $2+ within months (that's where our timelines differ) and I haven't sold:

* EGR's SP started from a very 'undervalued' level, I believe now to be still a 15-30cent gain in it b4 news start coming in b4 I would call it fair value.
* Unlike most other peers, EGR's news flow has company making announcements imminent (within now-6months)
* Unlike most other peers, EGR will list on the top tier US exchange, peers either already listed there or have no intention/ ability to do so. There are no new shares coming online to supply that significant market, unless another strategic investors comes in and that will only be accepted by our bard if we need money to build EPANKO, which will be ONLY after U$60mil KFW Bank Loan confirmation = significantly higher price than A$1

Once again, the VOLUME is the dead giveaway.

This will be a great year for all EGR holders...there is enough evidence to suggest I might be correct.
