German women should change

Just when you wanted your leaders to assure you that sexual assaults will not be tolerated and wanting your leaders to take action, perhaps a "zero telorwnce" or even a crackdown on immigrants. No, the mayor of cologne wants women to have a "code of conduct" . Yes, life is changing for German women. No longer should you feel safe on German streets even when celebrating.

If us plebs on HC could see this 4 years ago (and to an extent the people of Cronulla), how come political leaders couldn't? It is almost criminal. Why aren't political leaders informing their public of how they plan to protect their women?
