So your stating this is why the delay ...what a load of crap...so how long do they hold out...years ..months ..days...no chairman would ever run a business on lets hold out and slow production...quite the opposite they pumped as much through as they could possibily push through the DMS plant ...does that sound like there holding out because of diamond finds..
There is way more to negations than this basic primal thought.
