Yes, I've been thinking along the same lines for a while, Coxxy, well, nobody's lines could be exactly the same as yours, but you'll get my meaning.
I agree, we don't need the money back in cash. I'd just say that if the project fails then forget it, but if it's going to succeed then we need a bigger % holding. This is now an opportunity for our partners to hedge their bets, that is, get something out of it in case is fails, but still do well if it succeeds. Quite a compelling case for a deal, IMO.
