Daz, the only reason the % holding issue has raised it's ugly head again is because in the London Presentation released 27th June 2016 this was written:

'Discussions being advanced to increase shareholding in SML.'

I always had doubts about interpreting that line in the way some sought to do, see link

As dd has again pointed out, the matter was comprehensively dealt with by SW at the AGM Q&A session.
I suppose it's still possible that something could be negotiated earlier than SW indicated, but it's probably not worth fretting about it.
