I think the German Gov is one step in front due this.. I lived 15 yrs in Germany and know all little how they tick..The media is very UN-biased unlike the US and here and people are informed about issues in a balanced way and not using the FEAR angle such as here and the US. They are experienced what happens when hyperinflation happens.. I have seen he bundles of cash in my mother in laws attic and so are taking appropriate steps to counter it IF it happens..
Germany would not allow these ATMs if they thought for a minute it is just a $ making scam..They are very calculative.Honesty and mutual respect is high on their priorities no matter what you've heard about Germans. Only reason why Rudd wouldn't do it as it would take some 'substance ' away from all the spin they're feeding the public and hoping things will be ok!!
