I have small dogs and a relatively large yard

so the dogs get far more exercise chasing the ball or each other in the yard then they do on their daily walk

but clearly this would not be the case for a large dog in a small yard

so you'd think that any law should take that into consideration

in any case, I suspect this law may ultimately target the dog owners.....who may have become too housebound during the restrictions
