i think there is a misconception that all wind turbines use REE's... i was under the impression that turbines sometimes use more efficient RE magnets but its only cost effective with a low basket price and not necessarily essential.
if this is correct, projects like this dont really drive RE prices higher, but maybe build a floor price into RE magnets in line with the alternative magnets.
anyone with more knowledge care to confirm/deny/elaborate?
