gcadenaz. Energy consumption is more in the morning and evening and these are the times that you will be importing from the grid. But the majority of the time is far from peak and the BluGen purrs away at the same rate. So in these times you will be exporting back to the grid.

"It's mainly about the time of day you are using electricity and the maximum power that the generators (BlueGen and solar) can output. In the evening for example, when you are using most of the appliances at once, the sun isn't shining (so the solar isn't generating) and the BlueGen is generating 1.5kW continuously. Several large appliances, lighting loads etc.. will be consuming more than the 1.5kW output from the BlueGen, so the remaining power needs to be imported from the grid. For most of the time during the day the amount being generated by the BlueGen and solar will be more than you are consuming so you will be exporting to the grid for most of the time."
